Surface-safe by design.
A five-step soft-wash process built specifically for acrylic pickleball court coatings.
A court that plays like new — without shortening its life.
Inspection & Walkthrough
We arrive, walk the court, and identify what it actually needs. Algae spots, sun-bleached areas, dust buildup, water staining — every court tells a different story. No upsells, just a quick honest read.
Debris Removal & Blow-Off
Before any water touches the surface, we remove leaves, dust, and loose grit with backpack blowers. This prevents anything from being ground into the acrylic coating during the wash.
Surface-Safe Soft Wash
Here's where we're different. Most companies hit your court with 3,000+ PSI like it's a driveway. We use a low-pressure rinse (under 500 PSI) with a court-safe cleaning agent. It lifts dirt and grime without stripping the playing layer.
Detail & Net Post Care
Net posts, kitchen lines, fence-line edges, and surrounding hardscape all get a wipe-down. This is the difference between "cleaned" and "actually clean." We don't skip the details.
Final Walk & Care Guide
We walk the court with you (or send a video for HOA / commercial clients) so you see the result. You'll also get a short care guide — what to watch for, when to call us back, and how to keep the surface looking sharp between visits.
No harsh chemicals. No high-pressure damage. Just a process built for the surface it's cleaning.
What you actually get from doing it right.
Longer Court Life
Acrylic coatings last 5–8 years when cleaned properly. High-pressure washing strips that down to 2–3. Real numbers, real cost difference.
Faster Ball Response
A clean acrylic surface produces a more consistent bounce. Dust, algae, and grime all dampen ball response — even when you can't see it.
Better Grip Underfoot
Algae and dust make courts slippery — especially after Phoenix's brief humid spells. A clean surface keeps your footing predictable.
Court That Looks New
For HOAs and clubs, a clean court matters. Residents notice. Visitors notice. It signals that the property is being maintained.
